Born in India and migrate to USA in 1991, Neelima had a passion for food since her childhood.
as a law graduate from india she wanted to pursue a career as a lawyer, but destiny had something else in store.
Her friends pursued her to start making all the delicious food she cooked during her home parties and start selling them.
Neelima started making Indian desserts and her passion for food took those treats to a new level with Indo Italian and Indo American fusions.
Friend became customers and soon local Indian caterers started to order for bigger events.
